Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, without justification.

2. Conditions

Products must be in perfect condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and fitted garments cannot be returned (unless defective).

3. Procedure

Contact us to receive return instructions. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the products, using the same payment method.

5. Defective Products

The statutory warranty applies to defective products. Contact us promptly for replacement or refund.
